SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at MIZAA! we aim to provide you with seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

Pre-made orders: please allow up to 5-7 business days for local (UAE) orders and 7-14 business days for international orders to be processed and shipped. 

Pre-order items: please allow up to  15-35 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre order window closes. (Not applicable at the moment)

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Delivery within UAE:

For deliveries within UAE, you do not need to worry about customs and import fees as our warehouse is based in the UAE.

International Deliveries:

please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's custom agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note, we will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.
